Turnie SUCHE - Regulations of the Facility


Regulations

The front office of the Turnie hotel facility will be very grateful to you for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which is intended to ensure peaceful and secure stay of all our guests.

  1. Hotel room is rented based on the number of nights to be spent at the hotel.
  2. Check-in is from 4.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m.
  3. Upon booking, a 30% deposit fee is required for its confirmation up to 7 days or earlier as decided by the person handling the booking.
  4. Deposit fees are non-refundable.
    • If the Guest cancels the booking up to 14 days before the check-in date, the deposit fee is left to be used for any other stay (depends on availability of rooms, does not apply to group bookings).
    • The validity of the deposit fee paid after the cancelled booking is 12 months.
  5. The hotel Guest is required to show to the reception staff a document with a photo confirming his/her identity and filling out the registration card. In the event of refusal to perform these activities, the receptionist may refuse to issue a room key.
  6. The requests for extension of stay are considered as far as possible.
  7. The facility is required to provide:
    • conditions of full and unfettered rest,
    • security of residence, including maintaining the confidentiality of information relating to Guests,
    • professional and courteous service,
  8. Room cleaning takes place twice during the stay (for stays of at least 4 nights), change of towels (every 3 days).
  9. Repairs of necessary devices are performed on the absence of the Guest and in his/her presence only if he/she agrees and demands.
  10. On request, we provide the following services free of charge:
    • providing information related to stay and travel,
    • storing luggage of the hotel guests.
  11. For children up to 4 years - the stay is free of charge if they sleep on the bed with their parents. It is possible, on request of the Guest, to add baby cots in the room (for extra charge)
  12. Animals are not accepted.
  13. The Guest should notify the hotel reception about any damage immediately after it is noticed.
  14. The facility is not responsible for loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value.
  15. The facility is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest. The car park is neither attended nor monitored.
  16. The hotel Guest bears full financial liability for any damage or destruction of the hotel equipment and technical devices resulting from his/her fault or the fault of people visiting him/her Every time the Guest leaves the hotel room, he/she should check if the door is locked and leave the key at the reception.
  17. The hotel Guest must not transfer his/her room to third parties, even if his/her stay has not expired and it is paid.
  18. Persons who are not hotel guests may stay in a hotel room from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
  19. The lights-out is from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.
  20. Due to fire safety using heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not hotel room equipment is prohibited.
  21. Smoking is prohibited in the entire facility (except for separate and designated areas). In the event of a violation of the ban, Guests will be charged for refreshing the room and the intervention of the fire brigade when the DSO (audible warning system) is activated, in the amount of PLN 500 (which will be automatically added to the Guest's account).
  22. If the Guest under the influence of alcohol and /or narcotic drugs disturbs a peaceful stay of other guests or working of the facility, he/she may be removed from it.
  23. The facility may refuse to accept a guest who during a previous stay broke the hotel regulations causing damage to hotel property or guests or damage to the guests, staff or other people staying in the facility or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or working of the facility.
  24. Personal belongings left by a leaving Guest in a hotel room will be mailed to the address given by the Guest. If we do not receive such a disposition, the hotel will store these items for one month.
